Add multiple-tables-same-type example to rust-wasm-test
...
We build this module as a regression test, so including the tables here
ensures at the very least that this compile error doesn't reappear.
It doesn't necessarily ensure that the tables are actually both defined,
but that seems a less likely bug.

* Always send TransactionUpdate to the sender
This commit changes transaction update broadcast to always send an
update to the sender, even if the sender is not subscribed to any
data that was committed. In such case the transaction update is sent
with an empty database update.
