clockwork-labs-bot 24f7624268 Update selected crate licenses to Apache 2.0 (#5151 )

## Summary
- repoint selected BSL crate `LICENSE` symlinks to
`licenses/apache2.txt`
- add the missing Unreal SDK `LICENSE` symlink to `licenses/apache2.txt`

Requested crates/SDK:
- bindings-macro
- bindings-sys
- bindings
- lib
- primitives
- query-builder
- sats
- unreal SDK

Note: `query-builder` was already pointing at `licenses/apache2.txt`, so
it has no diff.

## Testing
- Verified all requested `LICENSE` paths resolve to
`../../licenses/apache2.txt`
- `cargo run -p check-license-symlinks` does not complete cleanly in
this checkout because it also scans unrelated existing copied template
files and `node_modules` license files that are not symlinks
