# Description of Changes
HostController now captures the database row’s bootstrap generation when
a database is launched and exposes it through `BootstrapCompletion` so
cloud can report bootstrap completion per generation after the initial
`st_module` write is durable. This generation value is needed to ensure
database resets can identify bootstrap completion events from before and
after the reset.
