* Add Zd/Zf format support to array, memoryview and struct.
* ctypes: Replace F/D/G complex format with Zf/Zd/Zg.
* Modify array, ctypes and struct modules to support format strings
longer than 1 character (such as "Zd").
* Change array.typecodes type from str to tuple.
Add a keyword-only `max_threads` argument to `dump_traceback()` and
`dump_traceback_later()`, defaulting to 100 to preserve existing
behavior. Allows server processes with many worker threads to dump
beyond the historical 100-thread cap (previously a hardcoded
`MAX_NTHREADS = 100` in `Python/traceback.c`).
The cap matters in practice: tstates are prepended to the
PyInterpreterState linked list, so the dump walks newest-first. With
more than 100 threads alive, the main thread (oldest, at the tail) is
silently elided from watchdog dumps -- exactly the thread that's
usually wanted.
The hardcoded value is moved to a new internal macro
`_Py_TRACEBACK_MAX_NTHREADS` in `pycore_traceback.h` so the in-tree
fatal-signal callers all reference one source of truth.
Add `canonical=False` keyword argument to `a2b_base64`, `a2b_base32`, `a2b_base85`, and `a2b_ascii85` (and their `base64` module wrappers). When `canonical=True`, non-canonical encodings are rejected per [RFC 4648 section 3.5](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc4648.html#section-3.5).
This is independent of `strict_mode`.
For base85/ascii85, the check also rejects single-character final groups (never produced by a conforming encoder) and verifies partial group padding matches what the encoder would produce.

Add the padded parameter in functions related to Base32 and Base64 codecs
in the binascii and base64 modules. In the encoding functions it controls
whether the pad character can be added in the output, in the decoding
functions it controls whether padding is required in input.
Padding of input no longer required in base64.urlsafe_b64decode() by default.
Accepted range for the bytes_per_sep argument of bytes.hex(),
bytearray.hex(), memoryview.hex(), and binascii.b2a_hex()
is now increased, so passing sys.maxsize and -sys.maxsize is now
valid.
Add the wrapcol parameter to base64 functions b16encode(), b32encode(),
b32hexencode(), b85encode() and z85encode(), and binascii functions
b2a_base32() and b2a_base85().
Add the ignorechars parameter to base64 functions b16decode(), b32decode(),
b32hexdecode(), b85decode() and z85decode(), and binascii functions
a2b_hex(), unhexlify(), a2b_base32() and a2b_base85().
Add base32 encoder and decoder functions implemented in
C to the binascii module and use them to greatly improve the
performance and reduce the memory usage of the existing
base32 codec functions in the base64 module.
* Add the alphabet parameter in functions b2a_base64(), a2b_base64(),
b2a_base85(), and a2b_base85().
* And a number of "*_ALPHABET" constants.
* Remove b2a_z85() and a2b_z85().
* Add the c_init_default attribute which is used to initialize the C variable
if the default is not explicitly provided.
* Add the c_default_init() method which is used to derive c_default from
default if c_default is not explicitly provided.
* Explicit c_default and py_default are now almost always have precedence
over the generated value.
* Add support for bytes literals as default values.
* Improve support for str literals as default values (support non-ASCII
and non-printable characters and special characters like backslash or quotes).
* Fix support for str and bytes literals containing trigraphs, "/*" and "*/".
* Improve support for default values in converters "char" and "int(accept={str})".
* Converter "int(accept={str})" now requires 1-character string instead of
integer as default value.
* Add support for non-None default values in converter "Py_buffer": NULL,
str and bytes literals.
* Improve error handling for invalid default values.
* Rename Null to NullType for consistency.
* Struct.__new__() will require a mandatory argument (format)
* Calls of __init__() method with a different format argument on initialized
Struct are deprecated

Fix an issue where passing invalid arguments to `os.posix_spawn[p]` functions
raised a SystemError instead of a TypeError, and allow to explicitly use `None`
for `scheduler` and `setpgroup` as specified in the docs.
Add Ascii85, Base85, and Z85 encoders and decoders to binascii,
replacing the existing pure Python implementations in base64.
This makes the codecs two orders of magnitude faster and consume
two orders of magnitude less memory.
Note that attempting to decode Ascii85 or Base85 data of length 1 mod 5
(after accounting for Ascii85 quirks) now produces an error, as no
encoder would emit such data. This should be the only significant
externally visible difference compared to the old implementation.

Add the unicodedata.iter_graphemes() function to iterate over grapheme
clusters according to rules defined in Unicode Standard Annex #29.
Add unicodedata.grapheme_cluster_break(), unicodedata.indic_conjunct_break()
and unicodedata.extended_pictographic() functions to get the properties
of the character which are related to the above algorithm.

Add readline.get_pre_input_hook() to retrieve the current pre-input
hook. This allows applications to save and restore the hook without
overwriting user settings.
- Introduce a new field in the GC state to store the frame that initiated garbage collection.
- Update RemoteUnwinder to include options for including "<native>" and "<GC>" frames in the stack trace.
- Modify the sampling profiler to accept parameters for controlling the inclusion of native and GC frames.
- Enhance the stack collector to properly format and append these frames during profiling.
- Add tests to verify the correct behavior of the profiler with respect to native and GC frames, including options to exclude them.

Many functions related to compiling or parsing Python code, such as
compile(), ast.parse(), symtable.symtable(),
and importlib.abc.InspectLoader.source_to_code() now allow to pass
the module name used when filtering syntax warnings.
* Refer to bytes objects or bytes-like objects instead of strings.
* Remove backticks -- they do not have effect on formatting.
* Re-wrap lines to ensure the pydoc output fits in 80 coluimns.
* Remove references to the 1024 bytes limit.
Expose `_PyUnicode_IsXidContinue/Start` in `unicodedata`:
add isxidstart() and isxidcontinue() functions.
