gh-150319: Replace all documentation which says "See PEP 585" (GH-150325)

* Replace all documentation which says "See PEP 585"

The following classes in the stdlib get simple updates:

- array.array
- asyncio.Future
- asyncio.Task
- collections.defaultdict
- collections.deque
- contextvars.ContextVar
- contextvars.Token
- ctypes.Array
- os.DirEntry
- re.Match
- re.Pattern
- string.templatelib.Interpolation
- string.templatelib.Template
- types.MappingProxyType
- queue.SimpleQueue
- weakref.ref

The following classes are documented publicly as functions, and are
therefore updated internally (`__class_getitem__.__doc__`) but not in the
public docs:

- functools.partial
- itertools.chain

The following builtin types have updates to `__class_getitem__.__doc__`
but not to any documentation pages:

- BaseExceptionGroup
- coroutines (from generators)
- dict
- enumerate
- frozendict
- frozenset
- generators (and async generators)
- list
- memoryview
- set
- slice
- tuple

Special cases:

- union objects are now documented as "supporting class-level []",
  rather than anything to do with generics.

- Templates might be generic over a single type (union, in theory) or
  over a TypeVarTuple. As this is not currently fully settled, it is
  marked with a comment and a mild hint that it is a single type is used
  (namely, "type" is singular rather than "types", plural)

* Apply suggestions from code review

* Correct several class getitem docs

And expand the text for tuples.

* Add notes on generic typing of builtins

* Fix typo in tuple.__class_getitem__ docstring

* Typo fix: malformed refs

Fix `generic` links which weren't marked as `:ref:`.

* Strike unnecessary docs on generic-ness

* Apply suggestions from code review

These are applied at both the originally indicated locations and in the
corresponding docstring definitions.

* Update Doc/library/re.rst

* Update Objects/enumobject.c

* Remove tuple generic doc in 'stdtypes' page

This is covered in more detail in the cross-linked typing documentation.
The other copy of this documentation -- in the docstring for
`tuple.__class_getitem__` -- is left in place.

* Fix whitespace around new doc of generics

Per review, do not introduce or remove whitespace such that section
breaks are altered by the introduction of doc on various generic types.

In most cases, this is a removal of an extra line.

In one case (Arrays), it is the reintroduction of a line.

Additionally, two other minor fixes are included:
- incorrect indent on 'defaultdicts'
- make `mappingproxy.__class_getitem__.__doc__` consistent with other
  mapping type generic docs

* Move placement of memoryview generic note

Previous placement was at the end of the main docstring, which is
consistent with other types but places it after a section on various
methods (which makes it read somewhat inconsistently). Moving it up
helps resolve.

* Ensure sphinxdoc does not start sentences lowercase

Lowercase class names at the start of sentences are marked out with the
`class` role. In the case of `deque`, documentation already refers to
these as `Deques`, so this form is preferred.

* Apply suggestions from code review

* Fix line endings and wrap more tightly

Line endings fixed by pre-commit ; also re-wrapped the MappingProxyType
text which was too long.

* Use 'ContextVars' style in sphinx doc

Mark Shannon 70bd1c2dd2 GH-143732: SEND specialization (GH-148963)
* SEND specialization. Adds 2 new specialized instructions:

* SEND_VIRTUAL: for sends to virtual iterators e.g lists and tuples
* SEND_ASYNC_GEN: for sends to async generators

Tweak FOR_ITER_VIRTUAL so that SEND_VIRTUAL and FOR_ITER_VIRTUAL use equivalent guards

Gabriele N. Tornetta 858e69eab0 gh-142186: Allow all PEP-669 events to be per-code object and disableable (GH-146182)
* Make the `PY_UNWIND` monitoring event available as a code-local
event to allow trapping on function exit events when an exception
bubbles up. This complements the PY_RETURN event by allowing to
catch any function exit event.

* Allow `PY_UNWIND` to be `DISABLE`d; disabling it disables the event for the whole code object.

* Do the above for `PY_THROW`, `RAISE`, `EXCEPTION_HANDLED`, and `RERAISE` events.

Sam Gross 7e2c9bdc98 gh-120321: Add gi_state, cr_state, and ag_state attributes (gh-144409)
Add `gi_state`, `cr_state`, and `ag_state` attributes to generators,
coroutines, and async generators respectively. These attributes return the
current state as a string (e.g., `GEN_RUNNING`, `CORO_SUSPENDED`).

The `inspect.getgeneratorstate()`, `inspect.getcoroutinestate()`, and
`inspect.getasyncgenstate()` functions now return these attributes directly.

This is in preparation for making `gi_frame` thread-safe, which may involve
stop-the-world synchronization. The new state attributes avoid potential
performance cliffs in `inspect.getgeneratorstate()` and similar functions by
not requiring frame access.

Also removes unused `FRAME_COMPLETED` state and renumbers the frame state enum
to start at 0 instead of -1.

Sam Gross a01694dacd gh-120321: Make gi_yieldfrom thread-safe in free-threading build (#144292)
Add a FRAME_SUSPENDED_YIELD_FROM_LOCKED state that acts as a brief
lock, preventing other threads from transitioning the frame state
while gen_getyieldfrom reads the yield-from object off the stack.

Sam Gross 4ea3c1a047 gh-120321: Fix TSan reported race in gen_clear_frame (gh-142995)

gen_close.

Sam Gross 08bc03ff2a gh-120321: Make gi_frame_state transitions atomic in FT build (gh-142599)
This makes generator frame state transitions atomic in the free
threading build, which avoids segfaults when trying to execute
a generator from multiple threads concurrently.

There are still a few operations that aren't thread-safe and may crash
if performed concurrently on the same generator/coroutine:

 * Accessing gi_yieldfrom/cr_await/ag_await
 * Accessing gi_frame/cr_frame/ag_frame
 * Async generator operations

The `make_gen()` function creates and tracks generator/coro objects, but

initialize all the fields that may be accessed by gen_traverse because
the call to `compute_cr_origin()` can trigger a GC.

Ken Jin 22b0de2755 gh-117139: Convert the evaluation stack to stack refs (#118450)
This PR sets up tagged pointers for CPython.

The general idea is to create a separate struct _PyStackRef for everything on the evaluation stack to store the bits. This forces the C compiler to warn us if we try to cast things or pull things out of the struct directly.

Only for free threading: We tag the low bit if something is deferred - that means we skip incref and decref operations on it. This behavior may change in the future if Mark's plans to defer all objects in the interpreter loop pans out.

This implies a strict stack reference discipline is required. ALL incref and decref operations on stackrefs must use the stackref variants. It is unsafe to untag something then do normal incref/decref ops on it.

The new incref and decref variants are called dup and close. They mimic a "handle" API operating on these stackrefs.

Please read Include/internal/pycore_stackref.h for more information!
