dev-ruby/ruby-glib2: use ruby-fakegem eclass

Adding a proper gemspec in 4.3.4 caused warnings about the extension not
being properly built. Revert this change since moving fully to
ruby-fakegem and its extension support causes build problems for
subsequent ruby-gnome packages, probably due to not using
native-package-installer.
