Eli Schwartz 51d8b64a1d dev-build/meson: switch openpgp key path for maintenance release ...

I am clearly an idiot to not test MY OWN software, lol. Both keys are in
bdeps, but when secondary release team members push new versions, we
need to change which one is passed to gemato, because gemato only takes
one.

Now to set up my test env to not omit this again, sigh.
