Eli Schwartz 809c55df7c dev-python/sqlparse: disable tests for "DoS Prevention" ...

They trigger under system load as well, unsurprisingly. Upstream DoS
tests are "Co-authored-by: AI" so I don't have high hopes that there is
meaningful value to extract from said tests.
