Sam James 68c9306804 dev-python/cssselect: run tests w/ pytest ...

Upstream commit 6c9d2191048e19fa7a2bb9346647d2096075e523 introduced
some pytest imports. We may as well run the testsuite with pytest
if we have to depend on it.
