In commit 7804c84a ("include/user: Use vaddr in guest-host.h") we
changed all the functions in guest-host.h that took or returned their
guest address argument in type abi_ptr to instead use vaddr.
This introduced regressions for the case of a 32-bit guest and an
address above 2GB for the common situation where the address is a
syscall argument stored in a variable of type 'abi_long'. With
abi_ptr (which will be an unsigned 32-bit type for 32-bit guests),
the address is cast to unsigned 32-bit, and then zero-extended to
64-bits in g2h_untagged_vaddr(). With the switch to vaddr (which is
always a 64-bit unsigned type), the guest address will instead be
sign-extended to 64 bits, which gives the wrong answer.
Fix this by providing two versions of the affected functions: the
standard names (g2h(), g2h_untagged(), guest_addr_valid_untagged(),
guest_range_valid_untagged(), cpu_untagged_addr()) return to using
the logically-correct abi_ptr type; new versions with a _vaddr()
prefix use the vaddr type.
accel/tcg/user-exec.c must change to use the _vaddr() versions; this
is the only file that uses guest-host.h that we want to compile once.
All the other uses are in linux-user and bsd-user code that
inherently has to know the sizes of target-ABI types.

Expand the interface of page_set_flags to separate the
set of flags to be set and the set of flags to be cleared.
This allows us to replace PAGE_RESET with the PAGE_VALID
bit within clear_flags.
Replace PAGE_TARGET_STICKY with TARGET_PAGE_NOTSTICKY;
aarch64-linux-user is the only user.

This macro is used by only one target, and even then under
unusual conditions -- AArch64 with mmap's PROT_MTE flag.
Since page size for aarch64-linux-user is variable, the
per-page data size is also variable.
Since page_reset_target_data via target_munmap does not
have ready access to CPUState, simply pass in the size
from the first allocation and remember that.

Attaching to the gdbstub of a running process requires stopping its
threads. For threads that run on a CPU, cpu_exit() is enough, but the
only way to grab attention of a thread that is stuck in a long-running
syscall is to interrupt it with a signal.
Reserve a host realtime signal for this, just like it's already done
for TARGET_SIGABRT on Linux. This may reduce the number of available
guest realtime signals by one, but this is acceptable, since there are
quite a lot of them, and it's unlikely that there are apps that need
them all.
Set signal_pending for the safe_sycall machinery to prevent invoking
the syscall. This is a lie, since we don't queue a guest signal, but
process_pending_signals() can handle the absence of pending signals.
The syscall returns with QEMU_ERESTARTSYS errno, which arranges for
the automatic restart. This is important, because it helps avoiding
disturbing poorly written guests.

As per the deprecation notice in commit c7bbef4023:
The CRIS architecture was pulled from Linux in 4.17 and
the compiler is no longer packaged in any distro making
it harder to run the `check-tcg` tests. Unless we can
improve the testing situation there is a chance the code
will bitrot without anyone noticing.

Declare 'have_guest_base' in "user/guest-base.h".
Very few files require this header, so explicitly include
it there instead of "exec/cpu-all.h" which is used in many
source files.
Assert this user-specific header is only included from user
emulation.

so that bsd-user can also use it. Also move safe-syscall.h to

Meson doesn't enjoy the same flexibility we have with Make in choosing
the include path. In particular the tracing headers are using
$(build_root)/$(<D).
In order to keep the include directives unchanged,
the simplest solution is to generate headers with patterns like
"trace/trace-audio.h" and place forwarding headers in the source tree
such that for example "audio/trace.h" includes "trace/trace-audio.h".
This patch is too ugly to be applied to the Makefiles now. It's only
a way to separate the changes to the tracing header files from the
Meson rewrite of the tracing logic.

To avoid too much duplication add a wrapper that the existing trace
and the new plugin calls can live in. We could move the -strace code
here as well but that is left for a future series as the code is
subtly different between the bsd and linux.
