Mike Bayer 9ed36c2eed - Fixed the `.python_type attribute of :class:.postgresql.INTERVAL` ...

to return ``datetime.timedelta`` in the same way as that of
:obj:`.types.Interval.python_type`, rather than raising
``NotImplementedError``.
