Mike Bayer 858eba6156 _Binary as generic to LargeBinary ...

Datatypes that are binary based such as :class:`.VARBINARY` will resolve to
:class:`.LargeBinary` when the :meth:`.TypeEngine.as_generic()` method is
called.
