Fixed a few grammatical mistakes in the README.lt.md

## What kind of change does this PR introduce?

Just a few grammatical fixes in the readme, really nothing big

## What is the current behavior?

Difficult to read, clearly AI generated sentences

## What is the new behavior?

Not AI generated sentences, slightly easier to read (changed a few
sentences only though)
