- Supports `VALKEYMODULE_CONFIG_UNSIGNED` and `UNSIGNED_CONFIG` for a
   wider range of configurations.
- Supported the API for `ValkeyModule_RegisterUnsignedNumericConfig`
- `string2ull` method supports the length parameter, making it more
   secure
