Jim Meyering a6871ebbce Remove `t' prefix on all generated test file names. 
Change suffixes from (.in, .exp, .out, .err) to (.I, .X, .O, .E).
Ensure that no test file (generated or maintainer-supplied) has a
longer than 14 characters.
