Include stdlib.h and unistd.h if available.
Include xalloc.h.
(xmalloc, xstrdup, free): Remove decls.
(xgetcwd): Don't assume sizes fit in unsigned.
Check for overflow when computing sizes.
Simplify reallocation code.
