Jorian Rutten 520e229cb5 Rename CLEARCOAT_GLOSS to CLEARCOAT_ROUGHNESS ...

The Fragment built-in documentation references `CLEARCOAT_GLOSS` which seems to no longer exist. I presume it has been renamed to `CLEARCOAT_ROUGHNESS` and the documentation was outdated.
