* Add inbound and outbound tunnels length variance in i2p stream settings. * Add newline at the end of test_settings_pack.cpp to avoid warnings. * Fixed the order of the new I2P session options (tunnel length variance for inbound and outbound tunnels). Now the new options are placed at the end of the enum, to avoid breaking the ABI.
